The house is just three blocks from Sweet Springs Trail along the bay and only 7 miles to the city of Morro Bay, 12 miles to San Luis Obispo, 10 miles to Cayucos, 3 miles to Montana De Oro, less than 20 miles to Pismo Beach, and 35 miles to San Simeon and Hearst Castle.
