Bills go out in late November or early December and are due by Jan 31st<br />

All incoming guests must be registered with the HOA and will be issued a pass by the guard gate upon arrival.<br />
For rentals, there is a $10 fee per booking and a $10 fee per car collected from the cabin owner or management company.<br />

No one is allowed in the neighborhood without a reason for being there.<br />
The guards receive training and are certified by the State of Tennessee.<br />

HOA employ three full-time people at the gate and three to four part-timers who work one or two days a week.<br />

HOA employs a full-time maintenance employee who takes care of the common areas.<br />
