The Landing, a pillar of the downtown New Hope dining and tavern lifestyle, is available for the first time in over 40 years alongside its companion private breakfast club: Fred's. Unique and well-branded, Fred's is established as the 'worst kept secret' for locals, who love the complimentary coffee, hearty menu, and a place where everyone is a regular. Two boat docks at the shoreline offer a tourist boating operation (tenant) and one of the popular Dragon Boat teams (non-profit, charitable organization).
